What data does Hasanah see?

Trust improves when the product is explicit about what it can actually see. Hasanah's privacy policy lists those categories instead of pretending the service works without meaningful financial data.

Financial and transaction data

Hasanah may receive institution information, account type, masked account details, transaction dates, transaction amounts, transaction descriptions, merchant-related data, balances where relevant, and verification status.

Payment and donation records

The service may also retain ACH withdrawal history, roundup totals, donation totals, fee amounts, optional tip amounts, payment status, and donation history. Those records are part of operating a recurring donation product responsibly.

Technical and communication data

Beyond financial data, Hasanah may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, referral URLs, interaction data, and service communication records such as support messages, SMS records, and push-notification delivery data.
