Delete Your Hasanah Account

You can delete your Hasanah account in two ways:

  1. Inside the app: open Hasanah, go to Settings, and choose Delete account.
  2. Outside the app: email [email protected] with the email address or phone number on your account and the subject line "Hasanah account deletion request."

What Hasanah deletes

When we process an account deletion request, Hasanah deletes the app account profile and the app-owned data associated with that account, including linked bank metadata, synced transaction history, roundup history, and active session records.

What may be retained

Hasanah may retain limited information when retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Response timing

We aim to review verified deletion requests promptly. If we need more information to confirm ownership of the account, we will contact you using the details provided in your request.
