How to delete your Hasanah account

Deletion is one of the clearest trust signals on a finance-adjacent product. Hasanah provides both an in-app path and an email-based path for users who need the account removed.

The two public deletion paths

Users can delete the account inside the app by going to Settings and choosing Delete account, or outside the app by emailing support with the email address or phone number on the account and the specified subject line.

What gets deleted

The deletion page says Hasanah deletes the app account profile and app-owned data associated with that account, including linked bank metadata, synced transaction history, roundup history, and active session records.

What may remain

Limited information may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
